Terra Vita Global
The governance architecture layer that frames programme design, authority boundaries, readiness pathways, and the integrity logic behind the broader Terra Vita system.
Governance and evidence-integrity infrastructure
Terra Vita Global B.V. is a Netherlands-based company operating Terra Vita Hub, FieldTrace, the Funding Spine, and Terra Vita Academy for climate, agriculture, nature, and resilience programmes. Terra Vita helps programme activity become attributable, audit-ready, and institutionally reviewable without displacing institutional authority.
Core Terra Vita materials are protected through BOIP registration and NDA routing, including i-DEPOT 156119.
Institutions retain statutory, fiduciary, financial, policy, and MRV-methodology authority.
Built for programme governance, evidence routing, reviewer posture, and controlled export readiness.
Products
Terra Vita is best understood as a governance and evidence system with bounded layers. Each product points to a distinct function so evidence capture, custody, review, and institutional authority remain clearly separated.
The governance architecture layer that frames programme design, authority boundaries, readiness pathways, and the integrity logic behind the broader Terra Vita system.
Captures field activity, actor attribution, provenance, and chain-of-custody at source so evidence enters the review chain with context attached.
Provides the governance architecture surface for programme workflows, protected spaces, evidence routing, document review, authority boundaries, and audit reconstruction.
Creates a controlled reviewer route for funders, insurers, and public-sector counterparties so the same evidence base can be reviewed through different institutional lenses.
Builds reviewer discipline and capability through governed learning, simulations, and structured readiness support before use of live protected routes.
The governed advice route that links review outputs to evidence, authority boundaries, reviewer pathways, risks, gaps, escalations, exports, and audit reconstruction.
Shared programme intelligence with record-aware risk interpretation, used to support readiness posture, risk defensibility, and programme review calibration.
The public proof and orientation layer that helps reviewers assess whether evidence is attributable, reconstructable, continuous, and ready for controlled review.

Leadership
Terra Vita Global B.V. is led by a lean core team with clear role boundaries across governance architecture, operations, finance and executive coordination.
Co-Founder & CEO / Governance Architecture
Theresa van der Walt leads Terra Vita’s institutional strategy, governance architecture, evidence-integrity design, programme positioning and protected reviewer-route discipline. Her work sits at the level of the institutional decision environment: the conditions under which auditors, DFIs, insurers, public actors, supervisors and capital allocators can rely on evidence without surrendering their own authority.
COO / Operations
Yuri van de Wal leads Terra Vita’s operational execution. His role translates governance logic into deployable systems, operating workflows, partner coordination and deployment controls, ensuring that evidence capture, custody transitions and reviewer routes remain operationally coherent as programmes move from field activity to institutional review.
